Support
The Support area connects you to Putaway when something blocks normal work: product questions, suspected defects, or requests that need the vendor’s attention. Tickets preserve context and history so issues can be handed off without repeating information.
Channels
Section titled “Channels”- Tickets — Create and track requests from within the application according to your permissions.
- Documentation — The external documentation site (language-specific) opened from the same menu entry; use it for self-service guidance alongside tickets when needed.
Include warehouse, approximate time, and steps to reproduce when reporting operational problems; avoid posting secrets or personal data in ticket bodies when a secure channel exists.
