Customers

Customers stores the sold-to and ship-to context for B2B or B2C fulfilment. Clean customer and address records reduce delivery failures, customs issues, and returns caused by bad contact data.

  1. Customer list — Browse and search all customer accounts with filters for type and status.
  2. Add customer — Create individual (B2C) or business (B2B) customers with contact details, tax identifiers, and default billing and shipping addresses.
  3. Customer detail — View and edit contact information, addresses, and any fields your fulfilment or carrier integration requires.

When a customer is linked to orders, changes to address or contact data affect future shipments only; already-processed orders retain the data captured at the time of fulfilment.
