Order list and filters
The order list shows orders received or created in WMS.
Each order appears as a card with the key working information: order number, customer, type, source, product quantity, value, date, status, and AWB when available.
What Users Can Do
Section titled “What Users Can Do”From the list, users can:
- search orders;
- filter orders;
- open order details;
- change status when the current status allows actions;
- see the AWB quickly;
- create a new order;
- refresh the list.
Search
Section titled “Search”Users can search by order number, customer name, email, phone, AWB, or store order identifier.
If an order is not found, check active filters. Status, source, warehouse, or date filters may hide it.
Filters
Section titled “Filters”The filter panel supports source, allocated warehouse, unallocated orders, order status, payment status, payment method, order type, return type, invoice, AWB, and creation period.
The clear-filters button appears when filters are active.
Order Card
Section titled “Order Card”The card shows the order number, customer, order type, source, return parent or child link when relevant, product quantity, order value, creation date, current status, and AWB.
Status In The List
Section titled “Status In The List”The status appears as a selector.
The first value is the current status. If allowed actions exist, the next step can be selected from the list.
If the selector is locked, the order has no normal action available at that moment.
Pagination
Section titled “Pagination”The list is paginated. Users can show 10, 20, 50, or 100 orders per page.
Warehouse Access
Section titled “Warehouse Access”Users see orders according to their warehouse access. Orders from warehouses they cannot access should not be treated as available work for them.
