Frequently asked questions about plans

What are credits used for?

Credits are used to process units in operational documents: orders, goods receipt notes, adjustments, inventories, supplier orders, and supplier returns. Consumption is calculated according to the grid for each document type.

What is the Credit consumption grid used for?

The grid establishes how many units can be processed per credit, depending on the document type. Putaway is also used by B2B customers, where a single document can contain significantly larger product quantities. Without these limits, a customer processing high volumes would have the same cost as one processing far fewer units. The grid keeps costs fair and proportional to the actual processing volume.

What if the credits included in my plan are not enough for a month?

You can purchase addon credits, which do not expire. They allow you to keep additional credits in your account for periods when usage exceeds the credits included in your active plan. Addon credits can only be used while you have an active plan.

Can I upgrade my selected package?

Yes, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. In the month when you upgrade, the upgrade is free and the higher plan limits apply immediately. The credits included in the new plan are not granted proportionally for the current month. If you need additional credits, you can purchase addon credits.

Can I downgrade my selected package?

Yes, you can schedule a downgrade to a lower plan at any time. The downgrade will apply at the next billing period. When the downgrade is applied, your usage must fit within the lower plan limits; otherwise, the downgrade cannot be completed.

Do I need servers or hosting?

No, you do not need hosting. Putaway services are provided as Software as a Service (SaaS), and infrastructure operation and maintenance are fully managed by us.
